This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to kick off the week. It includes five dinners that feed 4–6 people (perfect for families!) plus a complete shopping list. With fresh ideas and easy recipes, this menu plan makes weeknight cooking simple.
Why Meal Plan?
If you’ve never tried meal planning, get ready for a game-changer.
- Save Time: No more 4 PM dinner panic. You’ll know exactly what’s for dinner and what you need.
- Save Money: A weekly plan helps you buy smart, use leftovers, and stretch your budget.
- Skip Takeout: With meals planned and groceries ready, eating at home is easier, cheaper, and healthier.
Side Dishes for Dinner
My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
